PRESENTS!!!
Saturday was Caleb's 2nd birthday party at The Big Backyard... It was a great time!!! the 2 hour party just isn't long enough though!!! Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time, but it feels like the 2 hours is about 20 minutes!!! We had a lot of our family and friends there, which makes the party BIG!!! The best part was his cake... I ordered a full sheet cake from my friend's bakery in Racine - Larsen's Bakery, and have her the train to put on top... we talked about having a real, running train on top and I told her to have it decorated however they wanted.... She texted me on Friday saying that I was gonna FLIP OUT when I saw the cake she designed!!! The first thing I thought of was, "Oh, boy! How much is this gonna cost?" They made a cake big enough for a wedding!!! It was the BEST birthday cake I have EVER seen!!! and it was CHEAP!!! Kim is the best!!! I absolutely recommend Larsen's Bakery in Racine!!! We get all of our cakes there and everyone seems to love them!!! (unless they are lying to me) HA!!! So Caleb had a wonderful birthday weekend!!! It isn't over yet though... we are going to the Country Springs water park tomorrow for a little fun in the pool!!! I can't wait!!! The boys LOVE the water!!!

HAPPY 2011!!!

We stayed home for New Year's Eve... I worked 1st shift and Scott and the boys were sent on an errand while I was at work... they went to Sendik's to get live lobsters for our New Year's Eve dinner... We also had steak... cooking, cracking and eating the lobsters was quite the experience... I love lobster!!! We had a fun, low-key New Year's Eve... We are over the days of going out, spending way too much money for over priced, disappointing food, bad service, and crowds on New Year's Eve... It's funny how having kids changes your lives totally... for the better!!! Happy New Year!!!
